作用原理

微(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解技術是(shi)目前(qian)處理高濃度(du)、高色(se)度(du)、高含鹽量(liang)、難生物(wu)降(jiang)解有機廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)的一(yi)種理想工藝,又稱內電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解法。鐵(tie)碳(tan)微(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解填(tian)料浸入廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)時,由于(yu)鐵(tie)和碳(tan)之(zhi)間的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)差,廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)會形(xing)成(cheng)無數個微(wei)原電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。這些(xie)細(xi)微(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是(shi)以電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)的鐵(tie)成(cheng)為(wei)陰極,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)高的碳(tan)做陽極,在含有酸性電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解質的水(shui)溶液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學反應的。反應的結果是(shi)鐵(tie)受到腐蝕變成(cheng)二價的鐵(tie)離(li)子進入溶液(ye)(ye)。由于(yu)鐵(tie)離(li)子有混凝(ning)作用,它與污染物(wu)中(zhong)帶微(wei)弱負電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷的微(wei)粒異性相吸,形(xing)成(cheng)比較穩(wen)定的絮凝(ning)物(wu)而去除,為(wei)了增加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)(wei)差,促進鐵(tie)離(li)子的釋放,在鐵(tie)碳(tan)微(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解填(tian)料中(zhong)加(jia)入一(yi)定比例催化劑(ji)。

發生電化學反應過程如下: 

陽極(Fe): Fe - 2e→Fe2+ E(Fe / Fe2+)=0.44V

陰極(C) : 2H++2e→H2  E(H+/H2)=0.00V

反應中,產生了(le)初(chu)生態的Fe2+和原子H,它們具有(you)(you)高(gao)化學活性,能改(gai)變廢(fei)水中許多有(you)(you)機物(wu)的結構(gou)和特性,使有(you)(you)機物(wu)發生斷鏈、開環等作用。

若有曝氣,還(huan)會發生下面的反應:

  O2+4H++4e→2H2O E (O2)=1.23V

  O2 + 2H2O + 4e→4OH- E(O2/OH-)=0.41V

  Fe2++ O2 +4H+→2H2O + Fe3+

反應中生成的(de)OH-是出水(shui)pH值升高的(de)原因,而由Fe2+氧化生成的(de)Fe3+逐(zhu)漸水(shui)解(jie)生成聚合度大(da)的(de)Fe(OH)3膠(jiao)體(ti)絮凝劑,可以有效(xiao)地吸附(fu)、凝聚水(shui)中的(de)污染物,從而增強對廢(fei)水(shui)的(de)凈化效(xiao)果(guo)。
